FAB Resolve provides a free and impartial dispute resolution service designed to offer reassurance and protection to funeral consumers. It establishes a forum where individuals can file complaints against FAB member firms and seek fair resolutions without the stress of direct confrontation. Complaints are submitted electronically through a complaint form submission. Additionally, it ensures that appropriate actions are taken against any misconduct by funeral firms if you are dissatisfied with the care provided by your selected FAB member firm.
We can address two types of complaints:
Complaints from customers who have a contract with one of our funeral firm members.
Allows anyone to submit a complaint about any of our members, regardless of whether there is a client relationship.
